In the construction industry, calcium formate is used as a setting accelerator for cement-based materials. The food industry uses our preservatives in fish products, baked goods, meats, wine, tobacco, fruit and vegetable products, fruit juices, mayonnaise, cheese, mozzarella, bread, jam and margarine.
